tried and settled hundreds of lawsuits, including million dollar jury verdicts
in professional malpractice and products liability. Presented appeals before the California Supreme Court, the California
Court of Appeal, and the United States Court of Appeal. Mr. Von Till's 1994 Supreme Court case of Moore
v. Conliffe was the most hotly debated, and most commented upon, arbitration
case for 1994. Mr. Von Till's appellate case of Kaylor v. State of California
is used in the written test given for prospective administrative law judges.
